Role:
Our client is an internationally active company in the field of real estate and building management and supports owners as well as companies in the professional management and operation of real estate. The comprehensive range of services combines technical know-how, commercial competence and modern facility management solutions.

Responsibilities:
The focus of your work is the planning and control of SG&A costs including budget, forecast, monthly closing and ongoing cost analysis.
You are responsible for the period-appropriate recording of accruals and support the correct financial presentation in the various closing periods.
Analysing and managing short-term cash flow is also part of your duties, as well as supporting receivables management and working capital optimisation.
You accompany the company closings, coordinate the review of two legal entities and ensure the timely preparation of VAT returns.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial or business administration education.
Your several years of professional experience include finance and controlling, with particular experience in cost control and budgeting processes.
You have good expertise in cash management and liquidity planning and can analyse financial developments thoroughly.
Very good Excel and MS Office skills.
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills.
