The Hofacker school particularly scores with the convincingly lived school model "Focus on Strong Learning Relationships (FSL)", a larger number of team teaching lessons (class teachers in tandem), and a great, very helpful team. Music and theatre are an essential part of our school day. The Hofi team consists of around 40 motivated staff and approximately 260 pupils. We also run a school island and a small intermediate class for support.

School assistant in kindergarten (approx. 16 hours per week) fixed-term until Autumn Holidays 2026

Your main tasks

• Care and support of children who are new to kindergarten
• Assistance and support of pupils in everyday school life
• Participation in class events
• Working hours: 08:00-12:00, 4-5 mornings per week

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, German language skills (at least C1)
• Enjoyment of working with children and experience with children with special support needs
• Loving, appreciative manner with great understanding for the multicultural group of children
• Great patience and high resilience, flexibility, ability to remain calm
• Confident appearance, good social skills, enjoyment of work, humour
• Confidentiality and discretion
