The SONNHALDE in Grüningen is an innovative care and support center with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care. We belong to Peter di Gallo Unternehmungen AG and offer around 300 beds across 14 wards, cared for by 320 employees.

Caregiver (100%, m/f) with basic technical training

Would you like to accompany and support people with disabilities in their daily work life? In our workshop, we offer meaningful jobs and are looking for a committed personality as a caregiver.

• Product responsibility for industrial assemblies
• Independent work with changing psychologically impaired residents
• Active participation in special events
• Reliable completion of tasks in your area of responsibility (technical and organizational)
• Care, support, and guidance of residents
• Collaboration on industrial orders
• Checking quality standards during and at the end of production
• Close cooperation with the workshop manager, including regular reporting
• Planning production orders and deadlines considering the individual abilities and performance capacity of the residents

• Completed vocational training in the technical field (polymechanic or similar professions).
• Professional experience in industry
• Enjoy working in a team as well as accustomed to independent work
• Strong social skills
• As a resilient, stable, and capable of criticism person, you remain calm in delicate situations
• Good German skills
• Initiative and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration are basic requirements
