Property Manager (m/f/d)

• Independent management and control of the properties assigned to you
• Organisation and coordination of all technical and infrastructural services
• Planning, management and supervision of maintenance, repair and servicing work
• Professional leadership and deployment planning of the property team (caretaker, technician,)
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, quality and safety standards
• Contact person for building users and service providers
• Monitoring, controlling and follow-up of external service providers
• Preparation and validation of reports

• Completed vocational training in building maintenance, building technology or similar education
• Several years of professional experience in caretaking/facility management
• Good manners, a neat appearance and confident demeanour
• Good German spoken and written
• Impeccable reputation
• Driving licence category B
