About the job

In this versatile internal service role, you ensure that our orders are processed smoothly from order placement to delivery to the customer. You coordinate deliveries, appointments, and external partners and support the sales team in daily business.

• Order processing: You record and process customer orders and ensure timely handling.
• Coordination: You liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics and assembly partners, as well as internal departments.
• Transport & Installation: You organise transports and coordinate external service providers for delivery and installation at the customer’s site.
• Inventory control: You keep an eye on stock levels and dwell times and help to avoid unnecessarily long storage periods.
• Logistics & deliveries: You organise and monitor international deliveries by sea and air freight and keep track of delivery dates and goods receipts.
• Improving processes: You support the continuous simplification and improvement of administrative processes in order processing, purchasing, and logistics.

Your profile

• Education: Commercial or technical basic training with further education in logistics, supply chain management.
• Know-how: Solid experience in international supply chains as well as technical understanding (ideally in the fitness, retail, or medical device sectors).
• IT skills: Proficient use of ERP systems (preferably SAP) as well as very good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills for communication with the factories. French skills are a great advantage for coordination in Western Switzerland.
• Personality: Resilient, structured, and solution-oriented working style – you always keep an overview even in hectic phases.
