As part of the international Roca Group, we are looking to strengthen our global Roca Training Team «Roca Group Corporate University (RGCU)» at our location in Laufen / BL.
In the demanding role as
Learning & Development Business Partner (m / f / d) - for the DACH / Northern and Eastern Europe region
you will be responsible within our RGCU team for training and development topics in your region.
What tasks await you with us:
- Evaluation of training needs in close coordination with country managers and local HR teams
- Implementation and support of the Learning & Development measures defined by RGCU
- Management of the global LMS platform
- Coordination of country requirements with the RGCU team
- Adaptation of global training content to local needs
- Ambassador of the RGCU in your region
What we expect from you professionally:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development / HR within an international organisation
- Higher education degree in business administration, psychology, pedagogy, adult education
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10-15%)
- Fluent in German and English
