BAUHAUS, the specialist for workshop, home and garden, currently operates in Switzerland with seven specialist centres in the cantons of Bern, Zurich, St. Gallen, Fribourg, Aargau and Ticino as well as an online shop, employing over 600 staff. In fifteen specialist departments, BAUHAUS offers its customers over 120,000 quality products on a sales area of up to 20,000 m². City Garden Manager (m/f/d) 100%

• You are responsible for organising the city garden department as well as leading and planning the deployment of your team, which you inspire, motivate and develop

• Together with your team, you convince BAUHAUS customers from greeting to farewell with friendly and expert advice

• You bear the sales and results responsibility for your department and implement sales-promoting measures in a targeted manner

• You manage the ordering system and ensure product availability as well as an appealing, seasonally appropriate product presentation

• You ensure the professional care and quality of the plants as well as order and cleanliness in your department

• You actively support your team in day-to-day business and ensure smooth processes

• You have acquired your expertise through completed training or several years of experience as a retail specialist (Garden/Polynatura), pot or cut flower gardener, gardener or in a tree nursery

• You bring sales and leadership experience and convince through organisational talent as well as the ability to inspire and motivate your team

• You appreciate direct customer contact and friendliness is your top priority even during high customer frequency

• You enjoy selling BAUHAUS products and are also an upbeat and service-oriented personality
