Supply and Production Planner 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility in the "Plan to Produce" area for creating and maintaining a complete and actionable rolling master production schedule in S/4HANA, taking into account capacities, material availability and requirements
- Preparation and moderation of regular coordination meetings with internal production as well as external contract manufacturers for handing over the master plan into implementation and its follow-up
- Ensuring material availability for the assigned portfolio in close cooperation with production, quality, purchasing, engineering, product marketing and suppliers
- Creation and execution of the monthly rough-cut capacity planning in S/4HANA as well as coordination with manufacturing to identify bottlenecks early, develop scenarios and derive and implement measures
- Preparation of the monthly, cross-plant S&OP Supply Review Meeting including creation of reports, analyses and decision-making bases
- Analysis and reporting of relevant key figures (e.g. OTIF, utilisation, throughput times) as well as continuous derivation of measures for process optimisation
Your qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of practical experience in a comparable position in a regulated production environment (pharmaceuticals or medical technology)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Sound knowledge of S/4HANA (modules MM and PP, preferably as key user), especially MRP, capacity planning as well as planning and production control
- Knowledge of PP/DS is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation, strong networked and analytical thinking skills as well as an independent, precise and structured way of working
- High communication skills, solution orientation and ability to work in a team as well as high resilience and flexibility in dealing with changing requirements and conditions
