We are looking for a personality to help us further develop Shop 365 together.

Your task

At the beginning, you will be very close to the daily business. You will get to know our shops, customers, products and processes from the ground up and ensure that our locations are clean, inviting, optimally stocked and meticulously maintained.

At the same time, you should think ahead:

• What can we do better?
• Which products work?
• Where can we become more efficient?
• How do we increase sales and profitability?
• Which processes do we need to optimise?
• How can we successfully establish new locations?

You are not just supposed to follow instructions. You should think along, organise, decide and increasingly take responsibility.

You will receive from us a clear future plan and strategic direction. Within this framework, you have plenty of freedom to contribute and implement your own ideas. Our goal is to develop you step by step into a key leadership figure for Shop 365.

A crooked price tag, a shelf not perfectly stocked, a restless product presentation or an inefficient process bother you. You are allowed to be a bit fussy.

You are well organised, reliable, think one step ahead and want to understand why something works economically and not just how it is done.

It is not crucial for us whether you already have leadership experience or come from retail. Perhaps you currently work in gastronomy, hospitality, service or sales and are looking for the next step.

If you bring personality, ambition, organisational talent and entrepreneurial thinking, we will teach you the rest.
