The Swiss Specialist Office for the Visually Impaired in the professional environment (SIBU) is part of Erlenhof | Foundation. People with visual impairments learn at SIBU to efficiently use individually tailored aids as a key to every professional perspective. Our clients are the cantonal IV offices.
To complement our team in the Integration department, we are looking for a
IT Training 80 - 100% (m/f/d) Mobile deployment in German-speaking Switzerland
Your area of responsibility:- Providing individual and specialized IT lessons (one-on-one teaching) in commercial training (HKB-E)
- Conducting usage training of IT-related aids and compensatory work techniques (e.g. individual training at workplaces)
- Conducting training to develop keyboard typing skills
- Creating individual training plans
- Collaborating on the further development of our concepts and on the development of new pedagogical approaches and technical solutions
- After training in Basel, your future main area of deployment will be primarily at the workplaces of our clients in Basel and throughout the Central Plateau; one day per week you will work in Basel
- IT training with additional pedagogical training or pedagogical training with additional training in the IT field
- Experience in training or education
- High willingness to be mobile
- Good written expression in the German language
- Service orientation and professional manners in customer contact
- Good self-organization, social and team skills
