To further strengthen our presence in the Swiss market, we are looking to recruit an experienced
Sales Representative / Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Bern & Basel region, starting as soon as possible.
Must‑Have Experience
Swiss Pharma Sales Experience
- Strong and proven pharmaceutical sales experience specifically in Switzerland, with routine engagement in hospital environments and specialist networks.
- Familiarity with Swiss market access dynamics, public procurement, hospital formularies, and decision‑making pathways (KOLs, hospital pharmacy, procurement committees).
Therapeutic Area Expertise
Candidate must have solid experience on the following therapeutic areas:
✔ Oncology / Haematology
✔ Gastroenterology
✔ Rheumatology / Inflammatory Diseases
Language Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1 or native level)
Strong Advantage
Biosimilars Experience
- Prior experience with biosimilar promotion, switching strategies, tender participation, or formulary access
- Educating clinicians on similarity, efficacy, safety, immunogenicity, and interchangeability
- Awareness of payer dynamics affecting biosimilar adoption
Strong Specialist Network in the Target Region
Candidate must already have a well-established and up-to-date network.

- Structured communicator with ability to adapt to physicians, pharmacists & procurement
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a high‑compliance biosimilar environment (PV, promotional rules, reporting expectations)
