About the job
The Elisabethenheim is a retirement and nursing home with 40 single rooms. In our retirement and nursing home, elderly sisters of the Ingenbohl monastery and mainly residents from the surrounding area are cared for in a homely atmosphere. Our guiding principle is shaped by the goal of creating a place of belonging, security, and hope for our residents.
To strengthen our nursing team, we are looking for an
Team Leader 80 – 100%
Registered Nurse HF / Health Professional
Your area of responsibility:
- Responsibility for effective, result- and patient-oriented care within your own leadership area
- Professional, organisational and personnel management as well as targeted promotion of employees
- Planning, organisation and coordination of workflows and processes
- Implementation of overarching goals within your own leadership area
- Active participation in the further development of nursing as well as in future-oriented organisational, quality and nursing projects
We expect from you:
- Training as a Registered Nurse HF / DN II / FAGE
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Leadership competence and completed leadership training
- Professional nursing understanding and a high customer orientation are a matter of course for you
- Creative and motivated leader with an integrative leadership approach and high social and communication skills
- Responsible, independent, flexible, resilient and entrepreneurial personality with a high quality awareness
- Empathy and understanding for our elderly religious sisters and residents
