Construction Machinery Mechanic / Apprentice Supervisor 100% (m/f)

Does your mechanic heart beat for construction machinery, whether with diesel engines or electric, as well as for hydraulics? Then you are exactly right with us!

What you can achieve with us

• Leadership and practical training of our apprentice construction machinery mechanics
• Support and promotion of apprentices in everyday workshop life
• Ensuring a professional training of our apprentice construction machinery mechanics
• Preparing our apprentices for TPV and QV
• Provision of new, demonstration, used or rental machines
• Refurbishment of used machines
• Carrying out mechanical work on construction machinery
• Assisting with overhauls, repairs, service and maintenance work
• Assembly of standardised special superstructures

What you bring to your role

• Completed training as a construction machinery mechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
• Joy and motivation in working with young apprentices as well as with construction machinery
• Experience in the area of large excavators is an advantage
• Interest in modern technology (diesel, electrification, hydraulics)
• Good to very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Reliable, independent and precise working style
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
