Your tasks
- Management of the nursing team in geriatric psychiatry with a focus on dementia
- Dual management of the treatment team together with the chief physician
- Management and personnel development tasks
- Planning and control of efficient processes
- Regular conduct of team meetings
- Participation in projects
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists and external interfaces
- Work with key persons
Your profile
- Completed nursing training (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN II)
- Professional experience in psychiatry
- Leadership experience, ideally in a similar environment
- High commitment and great dedication to our patients and employees
- Very good organisational and communication skills
- High social competence, dynamic, resilient, strong self-motivation
