To strengthen our team in Business Controlling, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys analysing business management issues in the context of the Surgery department, developing well-founded decision-making bases, and actively contributing to the strategic and operational management of the hospital operations.Business Controller

Your Tasks
- You manage budget planning, conduct profitability analyses, and support the clinic management and department manager in financial decisions.
- You prepare meaningful reports and analyses and derive concrete action and optimisation potentials from them.
- You analyse costs, services, and service structures of the clinics and support their business management control.
- You ensure the quality of periodic closings and financial accruals.
- You advise the department management and clinics as a competent sparring partner in business management issues.
- You accompany the implementation of improvement measures and actively participate in projects as well as in the further development of our controlling processes and instruments.
Your Profile
- Completed studies (FH/University) in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling or comparable training with further education in controlling
- Experience in Business Controlling, ideally in healthcare or a complex service environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as enjoyment in deriving concrete recommendations for action from figures
- Independent and proactive personality with entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and high communication competence
- Very good MS Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense or TIP HCe is a plus
- Interest in the medical and business management contexts of an acute hospital
