Job Description

Your tasks

As a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH, you take on a central role in the care and treatment process.

Your duties include:

• Professional psychiatric care and support

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the entire care process

• Assuming key worker responsibilities and professional relationship management

• Accompanying and supporting patients in crisis situations

• Recognising changes and initiating appropriate nursing measures

• Promoting resources, independence and everyday skills

• Supporting patients in coping with their individual situation

• Close collaboration with medicine, psychology, therapy and other specialist areas

• Active participation in treatment processes, reports and case discussions

• Proper nursing documentation and quality assurance

• Contributing to a safe, appreciative and professional treatment environment

Requirements Profile

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH

• Or an equivalent recognised foreign qualification

• Interest and enthusiasm for psychiatric nursing

• High social and communication skills

• Empathy and an appreciative attitude

• Sense of responsibility and independent working style

• Ability to act professionally and calmly even in complex or tense situations

• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration

• Good German language skills

Professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement. The position is also suitable for experienced nursing specialists who want to explore a new professional focus or bring their previous experience into a new environment.
