About the job

In view of the implementation of its new municipal zoning plan and several projects aimed at strengthening the village's identity, developing public infrastructure, and enhancing its heritage, the Municipality of Jouxtens-Mézery is advertising the position of:

Head of the Municipal Technical Office (40 to 60%)

Reporting to the Municipality, you will participate in the implementation of its territorial development policy. You will handle construction police files and support the realisation of municipal projects.

Your main responsibilities

• Inform owners, architects, and agents about applicable regulations and procedures
• Analyse building permit applications, verify their compliance, and provide preliminary advice on files for the Municipality
• Conduct site visits and necessary inspections for the issuance of habitation/use permits
• Ensure the technical follow-up of municipal projects (buildings, roads, pipelines, etc.)
• Contribute to the development and implementation of plans, regulations, and procedures regarding land use planning, building control, or water drainage and treatment
• Participate in various meetings and, where appropriate, represent the Municipality
• Plan and coordinate the activities of the technical office, ensuring process optimisation and modernisation of management tools
