Business Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management reporting for share- and stakeholders
- Revenue, performance, cost, and construction cost controlling
- Application for and documentation of public funds
- Preparation for and participation in budget negotiations with various social benefit providers
- Preparation of profitability analyses as a basis for operational and strategic questions
- Preparation of economic plans
- Participation in the conceptual further development of the department
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or health economics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounting/controlling
- Practical experience with financial and accounting instruments
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP (modules FI, CO)
- Excellent methodological and conceptual skills as well as analytical thinking
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Structured, independent, as well as goal- and result-oriented working style
- Interest in designing and further developing controlling processes – we look forward to your input!
