WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Independent execution of new customer acquisition
- Management of the existing customer portfolio including expansion/enlargement
- Creation of sales presentations and campaigns
- Processing of customer complaints
- Maintenance of master data as well as creation of visitor reports in the CRM system
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Completed vocational training in commercial or forwarding field
- Professional experience in sales field service, ideally in European and national land transport (Junior and Senior level possible)
- Experience in customer care as well as active new customer acquisition
- Strong communication skills, sociability, and presentation ability
- High customer and service orientation as well as persuasiveness
- Good German skills, French skills required, English advantageous
