Your future work content
In this role, you will actively shape the platform for software development with a modern DevOps mindset and with the help of AI tools – from introduction through further development to operation.

• Development, operation, and maintenance of the on-premise CI/CD infrastructure including monitoring and troubleshooting of pipelines as well as introduction of further quality gates
• Keeping the entire development environment up to date while adhering to security guidelines
• Integration and scaling of modern AI tools to increase productivity in software development
• Measurement and continuous improvement of development productivity through targeted use of AI technologies
• Support and coaching of software developers in the use of AI for coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, and documentation
• Participation in software development, conducting design and code reviews, as well as creating technical documentation
• Implementation of automated tests to ensure quality and maintainability
• Active collaboration in a Scrum team as well as interdisciplinary cooperation in the project with employees from other departments and also at other locations
• Active shaping of an AI-first engineering culture and further development of AI-supported development processes, as well as best practices

What speaks for you
Are you enthusiastic about modern technologies for software development and want to actively help shape them? Then ideally you bring the following:

• Completed studies (FH/University/ETH) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of technologies and programming languages such as GitLab, Docker for Windows and Linux, Python, PowerShell, Bash, as well as common package managers
• Knowledge of C++, C#, REST API, and web technologies is an advantage
• Very good experience with modern AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or comparable platforms
• Good knowledge in prompt engineering for large language models
• Innovative spirit, initiative, and interest in evaluating new AI technologies and successfully introducing them into the organisation
• Very good communication skills in German and English are a must-have
