Head of Nursing and Care 100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for nursing quality, resident safety, as well as the implementation of the service mandate and nursing processes
• Leadership and development of eight team leaders (day, night nursing and activation), the deputy head of nursing and care, the nursing expert and the RAI specialist, as well as overall responsibility for around 100 employees
• Further development of the nursing and care area with 121 nursing rooms at one of the largest locations of the Tertianum Group
• Controlling quality and productivity (bed occupancy, performance recording in CareCoach)
• Responsibility for compliance with budget targets and achievement of the department’s goals
• Coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders (relatives, family doctors, organisations, institutions and insurers)
• Responsibility for recruitment and further development of employees
• Close cooperation with management, with the prospect of taking on the deputy management role after successful induction

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF/DN II or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Several years of proven leadership experience with a large span of control as well as experience in leading and developing team leaders
• High quality awareness as well as pronounced process and digital affinity
• Enjoyment in using digital work and leadership tools as well as optimising existing processes
• Dynamic, ambitious and entrepreneurial personality with high initiative and willingness to shape
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, even in a demanding and dynamic environment
• A warm and open basic attitude
• High empathy and pronounced team skills, combined with clarity and assertiveness in leadership
