Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice and soup dishes to various curries. Nooch in the lively shopping and entertainment centre Westside in Bern is thematically focused on harbour and underwater worlds. It offers 100 cosy indoor seats as well as another 100 seats on the outdoor terrace, ideal for guests who want to enjoy a culinary break.

Your versatile tasks:
You independently prepare the dishes for lunch and dinner service – always fresh and delicious! 🍳
The dishes on our menu? You make them with love and perfection 🥗
Freshness and quality are paramount to you – you ensure everything is in top condition 🥬
General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽
Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is perfect 📋✨
Your talents & experience:
At least 2 years of experience as an assistant cook – ideally with à la carte experience! 🍽️
You speak very good German and can communicate easily with the team 🇩🇪
Your working style is clean and precise – you value accuracy 🧼
You are a team player and work well with others – teamwork makes the dream work 🤝
Flexibility is your middle name – you pitch in during busy times and stay calm ⏰
