dahlia oberaargau ag is a company of the Lebensart Foundation. At the four locations Herzogenbuchsee, Niederbipp, Wiedlisbach and Attiswil, we offer around 270 places for people with care and nursing needs as well as with a disability.

With the new organisation, you will take on team leadership responsibility on each floor. As the department head, you bring these together and keep an overview. Together you lead the employees, develop processes further and face the challenges of everyday care – always with a view to the needs of our residents. In doing so, you can contribute your experience, take responsibility and actively shape your area.
Department Head Care & Nursing 80 – 100 %
YOUR TASKS- You take over the management and organisation of House B with 48 residents on three floors and are actively supported by the team leaders
- You keep an eye on the needs and well-being of our residents and, together with your team, ensure that they feel well cared for, respected and safe
- You work closely with the team leaders, provide orientation, support them in their role and develop the team together with them
- You actively contribute your ideas for modern nursing practice, implement improvements pragmatically and solution-oriented and ensure that good care and nursing quality is lived in everyday life
- You actively bring your experience and perspectives into the further development of the location
YOUR PROFILE
- You have several years of experience in long-term care and enjoy taking responsibility and driving developments forward
- As an experienced leader, you know how to inspire people, develop teams and win employees for common goals
- You think ahead, recognise potential and have the courage to question and further develop existing things
- You remain solution-oriented, decisive and keep an overview even in challenging situations
- You have completed training as a certified nurse HF
