YOUR TASKS – Step by StepWith a clearly structured training plan, you will be gradually introduced to your tasks with us.
- Start with simple inspection and maintenance work on rail vehicles
- Gradually take over revisions, repairs, and maintenance work
- Introduction to testing brake systems, running gear, and wheelsets
- Learn to measure and document vehicle components
- Deepen knowledge in inspection and revision of superstructures, underframes, as well as fittings and valves
- With growing experience, participate in process improvements according to Lean Management
- You bring motivation, manual skills, and joy in learning
- A basic technical education is an advantage but not a must (e.g., polymechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics EFZ, or similar professions)
- First experience in an industrial environment is helpful but not a requirement – we will train you
- You are reliable, flexible, and enjoy working in a team
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- A structured training and onboarding plan that makes you a specialist step by step
