In January 2026, we will open our new psychotherapeutic day clinic in Baden. The day clinic with 20 places is a safe, resource-oriented space where we support people in developing new perspectives. Our milieu-therapeutic concept, based on psychodynamic principles, relies on central therapeutic elements such as interpersonal encounters, group experiences, community, and a structured daily routine. The offer is psychosomatic-psychotherapeutic and is expanded by a specialized setting for chronic pain. With us, you get space for dynamic co-creation in building a new concept and engage in a varied activity that combines therapy, everyday life, and relationship work.

What you move with us

You are an active part of the founding team in the day clinic in Baden.

You conduct individual consultations as part of interdisciplinary collaboration – involving relatives, employers, etc., if needed.

Topics of the consultations include finances, insurance, workplace/unemployment, housing, daily structure, legal issues, and follow-up solutions.

You are the link to external agencies involved in reintegration.

You participate in interdisciplinary team exchanges.

You inspire us…

with your degree in Social Work (FH or university degree) and preferably an additional qualification in social insurance law.

with your interest in bio-psycho-social contexts.

if you already have professional experience working with psychologically burdened people and are open to supervision, reflection, and further development – both personally and professionally.

with your independent, pragmatic working style and your ability to work in a team.

with your interest in psychosomatic medicine, especially in working with patients with chronic pain.
