In January 2026, we will open our new psychotherapeutic day clinic in Baden. The day clinic with 20 places is a safe, resource-oriented space where we support people in developing new perspectives. Our milieu-therapeutic concept, based on psychodynamic principles, relies on central therapeutic elements such as interpersonal encounters, group experiences, community, and a structured daily routine. The offer is psychosomatic-psychotherapeutic and is expanded by a specialized setting for chronic pain. With us, you get space for dynamic co-creation in building a new concept and engage in a varied activity that combines therapy, everyday life, and relationship work.
What you move with us
- You are an active part of the founding team in the day clinic in Baden.
- You conduct individual consultations as part of interdisciplinary collaboration – involving relatives, employers, etc., if needed.
- Topics of the consultations include finances, insurance, workplace/unemployment, housing, daily structure, legal issues, and follow-up solutions.
- You are the link to external agencies involved in reintegration.
- You participate in interdisciplinary team exchanges.
You inspire us…
- with your degree in Social Work (FH or university degree) and preferably an additional qualification in social insurance law.
