To complement the team at Zug Estates AG, we are looking for an experienced and trustworthy individual as Team Leader Execution & Client Representation, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Overall financial responsibility during the execution phase: managing and ensuring compliance with project budgets including cost control, change order management, forecasts, and reporting.
• Leadership and development of the execution organisation: professional and personnel management of the execution team as well as targeted development of employees, structures, and collaboration.
• Operational management and decision-making responsibility: clear decision-making authority in the day-to-day construction management focusing on costs, schedules, quality, and risks.
• Strategic involvement and process optimisation: active participation in shaping project and departmental strategies as well as continuous development of processes, standards, and methods.
• Quality assurance in the construction process: responsibility for establishing and implementing quality standards, defect management, and sustainable improvement processes.
• Innovation and digitalisation: responsibility for promoting innovative construction processes and digital working methods (e.g. BIM, reporting, data management) and their sustainable integration within the team.
• Management of tenant fit-outs & interfaces (GAB / MAB): overall responsibility for tenant fit-outs and coordination of interfaces between base build and tenant fit-out with clearly defined processes and responsibilities.

You bring the following qualifications:

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in client representation or client consulting during the execution phase
• Several years of experience in construction execution and site management as well as in leading complex construction projects
• Sound knowledge of contract and standards (especially SIA)
• Confidence in integrated management of costs, schedules, and quality as well as handling complex interfaces
• Strong leadership skills with assertiveness and clear decision-making ability
• Entrepreneurial thinking and holistic project understanding
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Convincing communication and negotiation skills at all levels
• Structured, solution-oriented, and forward-looking working style
• High enthusiasm and motivating effect on teams
• Strong innovation enthusiasm and active shaping of change
• Willingness for continuous professional development (e.g. leadership, project management, real estate)
