To complete our control centre team, we are looking for a flexible personality for the train control centre at the Bremgarten location immediately or by arrangement as a Train Dispatcher / Train Traffic Controller Cat. B (m/f/d) 80 – 100%.
Your tasks
- You manage and monitor the train traffic of the Bremgarten-Dietikon Railway (S17) and Limmattal Railway
- You handle operational disruptions by initiating appropriate measures, coordinating train traffic and personnel, ensuring the alerting of third parties and providing quality customer information
- You are responsible for vehicle deployment planning and take on additional tasks as required
- You create and coordinate operational orders and processes
Your profile
- You have training as a railway operations dispatcher, train dispatcher / train traffic controller Cat. B or are willing to undertake this intensive six-month additional training
- You have completed at least a 3-year, federally recognised vocational training (EFZ) or have a Matura
- You gladly take responsibility and ensure the safety of rail traffic as well as our passengers through your decisions and actions
- You remain calm in hectic situations and prioritise tasks quickly and correctly
- You enjoy irregular working hours (shift and weekend work), are a team player and possess very good German language skills
