As a Business Consultant, you support the commercial development of French-speaking Switzerland. You identify new opportunities, accompany integrated service sales projects, and actively contribute to the growth of our activities.
Your tasks:
- Identify and contact new potential clients
- Develop services with existing clients
- Develop ISS solutions (Innovation, Environment, D&I, HSE) in response to client needs and expectations
- Participate in all stages of the sales process, from the first contact to contract signing
- Analyze tender documents (budgets, technical specifications, service levels)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build lasting relationships
Your profile:
- Previous B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years), in business services in French-speaking Switzerland (mandatory)
- Initial and ongoing training in commercial and sales fields
- Good knowledge in Facility Management and building lifecycle management (an asset)
- Mastery of sales techniques and result-oriented
- Good understanding of the local market and client needs
- Dynamic, communicative, and solution-oriented personality
- Mastery of French (minimum C1 level) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- Excellent mastery of common IT tools (MS Office)
