For the Swiss subsidiary of an internationally active, innovative technology company based in Baar ZG, we are looking for a committed individual as Financial Accountant including Personnel Administration 60–70%. The company is characterised by short decision-making processes, personal contact, and a varied range of tasks. In this position, you will take on an important role in financial accounting, personnel administration, and work closely with management.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the financial accounting of 2–3 companies in an international context
• Cost accounting and project structure plan
• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Financial reporting such as planning, forecasts, and budgeting
• Preparation of tax returns
• Support with accounting according to IFRS
• General administrative tasks in the finance department
• Personnel administration including payroll for 5–10 employees
• Deputising tasks in the secretarial area
• Enjoyment of a varied range of tasks
• Willingness to travel to South Tyrol 3–4 times a year for training purposes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Further training as an accounting clerk or comparable further training is an advantage – HF or professional certificate not required, practical experience counts.
• Sound, several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage as well as good MS Office skills
• Knowledge in personnel administration and social security
• Good English skills, Italian is an advantage
• Independent, resilient, and flexible personality
