Bank Advisor for our branch in Villars-sur-Ollon

Your main tasks:

• collaborate within several branches in the region,
• welcome clients, guide them in the branch's open space and train them in the use of available tools (notably e-banking and ATMs),
• determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various everyday banking products or refer them to specialised advice,
• manage a cash register and ATMs independently.

Your profile:

• banking or commercial training,
• experience in customer service, ideally with a financial institution,
• knowledge of basic banking products and services is an advantage,
• good interpersonal skills, commercial aptitude, team spirit, geographical mobility,
• perfect command of French and good knowledge of English is an advantage.
