Type of Work

MY TASKS

• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Carrying out goods receipts and corresponding goods receipt bookings in the WMS or ERP system
• Ensuring timely and quality-compliant material deliveries to production
• Picking of production and setup orders
• Coordination and communication with various internal and external interfaces (production, scheduling/purchasing, external logistics service providers, freight forwarders)
• Coordination of the missing parts process and ensuring an efficient workflow
• Triggering picking orders and processing production returns
• Ensuring compliance with defined processes, quality, and 5S standards

Requirements Profile

MY PROFILE

• Training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ
• Experience in logistics within a manufacturing company
• Experience in warehouse management including knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Experience in goods receipt booking
• Proficient in handling industrial trucks including the appropriate driving licence (industrial truck and forklift licence)
• Independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a structured manner and prioritise correctly even under pressure
• Willingness to work in changing areas and tasks
• Experience in Lean Management / 5S desirable

• Gross hourly wage: CHF 33.50 - 37.00 (depending on age/qualifications)
