Tasks

You lead the maintenance team, consisting of mechanics and electricians, in close coordination with plant management
You take responsibility for efficient and quality-conscious maintenance
You regularly coordinate with production and manage collaboration with external service providers
You take on the coordination of projects

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or similar training
PLC knowledge, preferably able to program independently
Professional experience in a similar position
Experience in leading employees
