Job Title: Biologics Platform Development Leader
Location: Zug, Switzerland
Galderma is seeking an experienced scientific leader to drive our global biologics and injectable platform strategy. In this high‑impact role, you will guide a network of subject‑matter experts across multiple sites and shape the technical capabilities needed to support our expanding product pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Provide global technical leadership for injectable/biologics platform technologies, partnering closely with Process Science and MSAT teams.
- Define and implement platform strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Operations.
- Serve as a key member of the Process Sciences Leadership Team, representing PMS&T across the enterprise.
- Offer strategic direction for biologics technology evolution, supporting business and portfolio needs.
- Act as the primary PMS&T contact for biologics platforms, connecting with internal teams, external manufacturers, and site SMEs.
- Maintain and evolve tools and standards for facility‑fit assessments, working closely with Technology Transfer leaders.

- Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
