Job Title: Biologics Platform Development Leader

Location: Zug, Switzerland

Galderma is seeking an experienced scientific leader to drive our global biologics and injectable platform strategy. In this high‑impact role, you will guide a network of subject‑matter experts across multiple sites and shape the technical capabilities needed to support our expanding product pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Provide global technical leadership for injectable/biologics platform technologies, partnering closely with Process Science and MSAT teams.

Define and implement platform strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Operations.

Serve as a key member of the Process Sciences Leadership Team, representing PMS&T across the enterprise.

Offer strategic direction for biologics technology evolution, supporting business and portfolio needs.

Act as the primary PMS&T contact for biologics platforms, connecting with internal teams, external manufacturers, and site SMEs.

Maintain and evolve tools and standards for facility‑fit assessments, working closely with Technology Transfer leaders.

Who You Are

8+ years of relevant experience.

Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Strong communicator with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
