All-rounder at the Beach: Hiltl at the Shore

At the Mythenquai beach pool, up to 10,000 guests enjoy sun, lake, and summer vibes on hot days – and we make sure they also get a culinary treat. With our healthy delights, we inspire young and old right by the water – fresh, warm-hearted, and with a touch of Hiltl wow.

As an all-rounder, you are flexibly deployed with us – depending on the weather, guest volume, and daily business. No day is like the other, and that’s exactly what makes this summer job special. For this, we are looking for motivated personalities to rock the 2026 beach pool season with us!

Your tasks

• You take care of our guests in the self-service restaurant
• At the cash register, you ensure smooth operation and handle payments correctly
• You refill the buffet, drinks, and ice creams and present everything attractively
• You assist with cleaning tasks and maintain our standards
• In rainy weather, you are flexible and also support teams in other Hiltl restaurants

Your backpack (or suitcase, depending on your travel luggage)

• First experience in gastronomy (service, kitchen, or cleaning) is a plus but not a must
• An open, communicative personality and joy in teamwork
• High flexibility in working hours – our seasonal operation depends on the weather
• At least 18 years old as well as German and English skills
