How you inspire
- You handle all telephone enquiries from our private customers
- You ensure needs assessment and personally advise on our basic products in the areas of payments, savings and pensions
- Your customers are comprehensively cared for by you, their potential is recognised and internally referred to other business areas
- You provide telephone support for the technical support of our digital services
What you bring
- You have a commercial basic education in the banking sector or as a lateral entrant. Option with completed vocational training in the service sector (with several years of professional experience)
- You enjoy customer contact and have strong oral communication skills in German and French (at least level B2)
- You have a technical flair and a high service orientation
- Flexibility (we advise our customers from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 8 pm and on Saturdays between 9 am and 4 pm)
