We are looking for an Executive Assistant starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement

• Advising and supporting the head of the directorate in the area of internal and external communication
• Editing speeches, messages, appearances, forewords, etc. for various publications and events as well as editorial work in responding to media-relevant political initiatives
• Managing social media platforms and internet presence
• Project collaboration and management of smaller projects
• Organization and execution of events
• Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, taking minutes (leading the secretariat of the specialist commission)

• Your proactive and thoughtful nature allows you to plan ahead, organize, and meet deadlines
• In addition to training in the commercial field, you ideally have professional experience in a comparable position in administration as well as specialized further education in the commercial, communicative, or organizational field (e.g., executive assistant, Bernese municipal specialist, business economist)
• Confident and appropriate communication, very good IT user skills, and preferably experience with the business management program CMI Axioma
• You are interested in local, social, and political issues
• A professional, discreet appearance as well as high flexibility complete your profile
