Head of Construction and Maintenance
Exciting tasks await:
- Management of the three specialist departments Technical Service, Construction Service and Workshop with a total of 6 employees
- Responsibility for infrastructure, renovation and maintenance work/projects ensuring high operational safety (HVAC, electrical, water, telephony, IT networks) including budgeting, planning, implementation and billing
- Main contact person for (re)construction projects and ensuring smooth communication with the Aargau Real Estate Department (IMAG)
What you bring:
- Technical basic training and completed further education in the field of construction and maintenance (civil engineering HFP, building technology or equivalent qualification)
- Proven project management and leadership experience regarding new construction and renovation projects, strong sense of responsibility, high social competence, communication skills, as well as decisiveness and implementation strength
- Several years of experience in the structural maintenance of properties, in supporting new construction projects and in the field of complex building management, preferably in an operation with special security requirements
- High resilience, independence and networked thinking in the areas of construction, HVAC and electrical
- Minimum age: 35 years, impeccable reputation (criminal record and debt enforcement extract)

Your working environment
At the Lenzburg Correctional Facility , persons sentenced to imprisonment or custodial measures are cared for. The facility offers 380 places for closed detention, pre-trial detention and short sentences.
