Employee Quality Control Product Inspections (m/f/d)

About the job

In this role, you ensure compliance with the required product quality through inspections according to the established specifications: verifying customer requirements as well as identifying and forwarding possible deviations so that they can be sustainably eliminated.

The main tasks are as follows:

• Carrying out product inspections according to the inspection order.
• Responsible for timely quality inspection.
• Conducting root cause analyses in case of quality deviations using DMAIC, 8D report, A3 methodology, and DoE.
• Establishing quality standards and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Proposing quality improvement measures.
• Evaluating and compiling statistical data.
• Maintaining and updating the inspection evidence archive.

To manage these tasks, you bring:

• Completed technical vocational training
• At least a basic qualification in quality management
• Strong sense of responsibility, quick comprehension, and independence
• Analytical thinking and pronounced quality awareness
• Error-free working method in a dynamic environment
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
