You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, accompany candidates from the first contact to contract conclusion, and advise our managers as a trusted sparring partner.
YOUR MISSION
- Competent support and advice for hiring managers and teams in defining job profiles, search strategies, and selection processes for international positions in Europe as well as occasionally in Asia and the USA
- Conducting CV screenings as well as virtual and in-person interviews
- Professional leadership and promotion of a working student in Talent Acquisition as well as coordination and prioritisation of operational recruiting activities
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships for efficient and high-quality filling of open positions
- Active sourcing and building sustainable candidate pipelines via various platforms and networks to identify and attract the best talents
- Conducting and evaluating Saville Wave Personality Assessments and matching with requirement and benchmark profiles
- Preparing and submitting contract offers considering internal compensation guidelines
- Continuous optimisation of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable education. Further training in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g. Recruiter or HR Specialist) is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an engineering, sales, and/or production environment of international, fast-paced industrial companies
- Sound interview, assessment, and negotiation skills
- Convincing and trustworthy personality with a strong sense for people, as well as excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a good sense of business contexts and a proactive, solution-oriented working style focused on sustainable results
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
- Confident handling of ATS systems and sourcing platforms (e.g. Softgarden, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- High affinity for digital tools (e.g. MS Office 365, social media)
- Ideally knowledge of the Saville Personality Assessment Tool or comparable instruments
- Fluent German and English skills; additional languages (e.g. French or Italian) are a great advantage
