About the job
To strengthen its teams, Excelsia is looking for a French as a Foreign Language trainer – Geneva (male or female).
He – she will provide individual support in the field of socio-professional integration.
Status: Freelance (billing based on services provided)
Activity volume: A few hours or tens of hours per year
Start of first assignment: In the coming weeks
Location: Geneva and surroundings (next assignment: Versoix)
Tasks:
- Trainer: Identify needs with the participant before the training sessions
- Prepare and conduct the training sessions
Profile:
- Excellent command of the French language
- Significant experience in adult education and French as a Foreign Language didactics.
- Extensive practical experience in the professional context, reintegration, job seekers
- Flexible approach and ability to quickly adapt to participants' requests
- Mobile person, willing to travel around the Geneva area for durations of 2 or 3 hours.
- Person accepting rescheduling of sessions with a few hours' notice.
- A plus: good knowledge of business management, accounting, marketing or projects
