About the job
With your independent, precise and reliable way of working, you ensure a smooth process in administration and support other areas as well as management in administrative and organisational matters. As part of the administration team at the Belp locations, you work closely with the payroll and accounting department. You are already familiar with digitalisation processes. Your main tasks include complete resident administration (from first contact through to moving in and administrative support) and the careful handling of personnel administration (entries and exits, contracts, work references, payroll, time management, etc.).
Furthermore, you carry out the general administrative tasks that arise. On the phone and at reception, you represent our company with your friendly manner and strong customer orientation. You approach elderly people with a great deal of empathy and understanding.
- Commercial apprenticeship qualification (EFZ)
- Confident German language skills
- Excellent IT user skills (MS Office, Abacus knowledge an advantage)
