Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d)
Your workplace:
On the Hoher Kasten, the Swiss lookout mountain, the mountain world lies at your feet. Our restaurant pampers guests with regional specialties and a unique panorama. To support our kitchen team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Assisting in the preparation of hot and cold dishes.
- Helping with mise en place and preparation in the kitchen.
- Cleaning and maintenance of work equipment, kitchen utensils, and work areas.
- Responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Supporting the kitchen team with all daily tasks.
What you bring:
- Initial experience in gastronomy or kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Reliability, cleanliness, and a high awareness of hygiene.
- Good German skills (Swiss German is an advantage).
- Flexibility and commitment – even in hectic moments.
