Your Training
- Industrial processing of raw materials into ready-to-eat foods
- Development of manufacturing processes and conducting laboratory analyses
- Monitoring of processing and packaging equipment
- Collaboration and inspection during goods receipt
- Processing of auxiliaries and additives such as flavours, flavour enhancers, binders, colourings and vitamins
- Continuous monitoring of product quality
- Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- CH: Secondary school leaving certificate or good intermediate school leaving certificate
- FL: Intermediate school leaving certificate or good upper secondary school leaving certificate
- Enjoy working with food, modern production facilities and packaging machines
- Good performance in biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics
- Technical understanding and the ability to maintain an overview of complex production processes
- Good powers of observation and ability to work in a team
- Good sense of smell and taste as well as generally good health
- No allergies caused by raw materials and ready-to-eat foods
- Flair for cleanliness and hygiene
