Intervention and Patrol Service Specialist (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Control rounds and security checks at customer sites
• Responding to alarm notifications and independently carrying out interventions
• Ensuring operational support during the day
• Administrative tasks related to operational activities
• Situation-appropriate communication with customers and operational partners
• Flexible scheduling between patrol service (evenings/nights) and intervention service (afternoons/evenings)

What you bring:

• Native German speaker or very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B
• Technical understanding and affinity for security-relevant systems
• Physically fit and resilient
• Independent, conscientious, and team-oriented work style
• Willingness to work varying shifts within the shift operation from Monday to Sunday between 14:00 – 05:00
