To strengthen our three-person team at Endress+Hauser Group Services AG, we are looking for a committed employee for the reception of Endress+Hauser's headquarters. In this role, you are the first point of contact at reception for our guests and employees – and thus the first point of contact for our company. With your friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner, you significantly shape the first impression people gain of Endress+Hauser.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• Welcome, assist, and be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees
• Operate our telephone switchboard and visitor management system, ensure cross-country accessibility, and forward calls appropriately
• Reserve meeting rooms for internal and external events
• Administratively support seminars, workshops, and larger events
• Manage and organize pool vehicles

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Have completed training in a commercial field or in gastronomy/hospitality
• Bring several years of experience as a receptionist or in a comparable role
• Work customer-oriented with a high willingness to serve
• Are a team player
• Have very good German, English, and French skills
