Head Chef

About the job

From Head Chef to Operations Manager

More responsibility. More creativity. And plenty of time for everything else that matters to you.
Our establishment is closed in the evenings and on Sundays and public holidays.

You currently lead a kitchen, support staff, organise processes, and solve daily challenges. Your profession has long been about more than just cooking and organising.

At Energy Kitchen, you can purposefully take the next step and assume responsibility for the entire catering operation of Energy Kitchen in the LOEB department store Bern.

Turn your leadership experience into the next career step.

You know you can run an operation. Now you want to prove it. You inspire people, make decisions, and keep quality, guests, team, and profitability in view.

You want to take on responsibility and implement ideas.

You want to lead, shape, and make a difference? We are exactly looking for you.

You lead from the heart of things. You prefer to be where the action is: with your team, with our guests, and right in the middle of the operation. You clearly set the direction, listen, decide, and pitch in.

You prioritise and help good ideas take flight together with others. That is how we understand successful operations management. Does that suit you? Then you suit us.

You radiate positive energy and infect others with it. You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and represent clear decisions.

You want to develop people, improve processes, and successfully advance a versatile, high-traffic catering operation.

You are thinking right now: Yes, that’s exactly who I am? Then we should get to know each other. Your area. You take responsibility for our catering operation with restaurant, café-bar, as well as event and catering activities.

You work with a committed team, contribute your experience, and have the space to implement your own ideas.

In doing so, we learn from each other, support one another, and advance Energy Kitchen together.
