About the job
For our valued client, we are looking for dedicated and technically skilled plant operators for the frozen food sector (FF). If you want to work in a dynamic environment with innovative technology and are ready to take on a key role in production, then you are exactly right with us.
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the proper care and operation of the frozen food equipment, including work in slightly oxygen-reduced areas.
- Active troubleshooting of devices and systems such as high-bay warehouses, conveyor technology, automatic depalletizing, and order picking.
- Monitoring processes using the latest graphical tools (e.g., WinCC, info system, and Commander).
- Adjusting and, if necessary, replacing sensors and mechanical components.
- Supporting manual depalletizing and handling defective cartons.
- Proactively reporting and resolving errors or process deviations to supervisors.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace (quality assurance).
- Participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP).
Your profile:
- High technical affinity and interest in automation and technology.
- Basic computer skills.
- Quick comprehension and independent working style.
- Resilience and reliability are a matter of course for you.
- Good oral and written German skills (at least B1) for operating radio devices.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to work in cooled environments (temperatures from -1°C to -8°C, partly -23°C).
- Willingness to climb and health check required for permanent employment in oxygen-reduced areas.
