For our business unit 'Weighing & Instrument Components' (MTWIC), which is leading in the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a committed and independent Plant Manager THT in 2-shift operation 100% (all genders). In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: Setting, upgrading and operating the wave and selective soldering system; Checking soldering quality; Optimising soldering parameters based on visual inspections and soldering error evaluations; Creating programmes for the wave soldering and selective soldering system; Participating in the introduction of new processes and products; Checking serial samples of colleagues; Maintenance of all soldering systems as well as input/output conveyors and lifts; Repairing minor faults on the systems, first level support; Actively supporting optimisation projects in the THT area as well as driving the continuous improvement process forward and implementing CIP suggestions.
