Job description

Your tasks:

• Active advice and sale of our products in the store (Swatch and Flik Flak)
• Ensuring a warm welcome and courteous customer service
• Attractive presentation of our products in the store according to visual guidelines
• Responsibility for correct operation and accounting at the cash register
• Carrying out small service tasks such as battery changes and adjustments of watch straps
• Ensuring a neat and inviting appearance of the store
• Receipt of deliveries and support in inventory management

Profile

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in the field of watches, jewellery or lifestyle products
• Flexibility regarding working hours and enjoyment of a lively store environment

Professional requirements

We are looking for a committed and experienced, multilingual Sales Associate who feels comfortable in a dynamic, international working environment with great flexibility, resilience and personal responsibility.

As a Sales Associate you are part of our international team that provides excellent customer service, promotes sales and contributes to the success of our Swatch Stores. Become part of our team and represent the brand with enthusiasm, product knowledge and a strong customer focus.

Languages

Very good German and English skills, French and other languages are a plus
