Your new job
- Responsibility for the entire HR administration along the employee process (entry to exit)
- Creating contracts, references and certificates in compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Maintaining personnel data in HR systems
- You work closely with the 6-member HR team to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Mutual representation during absences
Your qualification
- Commercial basic training, preferably with further education in HR
- Several years of experience in HR administration
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and dealing with collective labour agreements (GAV)
- Independent working and high quality awareness
- Discreet, empathetic personality with joy in dealing with people
